Ugadi Greetings and ವಿರೊಧಿ ನಾಮ ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು

Yugadi ushers in the spring season and is the beginning of an astronomical cycle. It is also the first day of Chaitra, the first month of the traditional Hindu calendar followed in Karnataka. Ugadi is also known as Chadramana Ugadi the date of Ugadi is March 27. Milana Kannada Koota celebrates the 2009 Yugadi festival - Virodhi Nama Samvatsara, on 18th April at 5:30 pm at the HTW Temple. This event was dedicated to "Teens of Milana Kannada Koota." We honor you.

Let us come together, eat Beevu Bella and listen to the Panchanga Shravana or reading of the astroloigcal prediction for the year and enjoy the wonderful food. The entertainment promises to be very good. We have two Bharatanatyam performances, 2 group dances, songs, a drama and a fun time.Please come dressed in your finest.
